Congratulations to Edward for being the only student in the borough of Enfield to complete his Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award during 2019/20. A massive achievement in which he completed a canoeing expedition on the River Wye, spent a week dog sledding in wild Canada and learnt new skills such in Engineering and working with the Fire Brigade.

Kooth

Kooth is specifically for young people aged 11-18 and offers a variety of resources, including:

  • A live chat function that allows young people to contact a qualified counsellor
  • Chat forums with other young people
  • Crisis information
  • Self help resources

The Kooth team are providing free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling.
Kooth’s aim is to keep the service it offers to young people confidential. This means that Kooth’s team of counsellors won’t talk about your child to other people outside of the Kooth Team.

Drop Everything and Read
