Enfield Council organise each year for all students in Year 12 students to attend a production at The Millfield Theatre, Edmonton, entitled ‘Safe Drive/Stay Alive’. The production is designed to encourage young people to be aware of the dangers of driving and to consider all aspects of road safety as they embark on driving courses.  It is not only aimed at students who are learning to drive but also those who have recently passed their driving test or are going to be passengers driven by newly qualified drivers.  The theatrical performance is hard hitting and emotional and will involve speakers who have all been involved in serious road accidents.  Counsellors will be on site should there be a need for them.
