Year 8 Drama Trip
On Thursday 7th March the Drama department (Ms Findlay, Mr Wilson, Ms Trusedale and Mr Levi) and a group of 50 year 8 students attended the matinee performance of ‘The 39 Steps’ at the Dugdale Theatre, Enfield. A level Media at Channel 4
A Level Media students were invited along to Channel 4 today by a former student now working for the corporation. We had an exciting afternoon meeting Channel 4’s programme commissioner, Film Four’s film developer and an advertising executive from 4Creative, as well as several apprentices in a variety of roles. Students found out about the varied job opportunities available at Channel 4 as well as their apprenticeship programmes and work experience placements. Several students have been inspired to apply for placements and aspirations have been raised for all!
