Introduction outlining PTA
We are a team of parents, carers and teachers raising funds to provide added benefits to all Chace students. Extra support is valuable to their learning experiences and makes school life more fulfilling and exciting. Enhancing our children’s education and the school facilities is an enjoyable challenge.
What we do
Chace PTA currently has fourteen members who meet each half term to organise fund raising events. The activities are fun and varied and have most recently included a very successful Quiz Night; a Year 7 and 8 Disco and a bountiful reward for unwanted clothing via ‘Happy Bags’. We look forward to an Irish Dance Night.
We are also here to provide closer links between home and school. The PTA brings staff and parents together socially in support of the school.
How you can help
All parents, carers and members of the school community are welcome to get involved, even if they only have a small amount of time available. For example, we are very grateful for help serving refreshments at open evenings, parent teacher evenings, concerts and drama productions.
