Our Food Preparation and Nutrition Department is planning a Year 10  school trip to Mercato Metropolitano, London

The day will involve a talk from project managers regarding sustainability and the use of locally sourced products. These topics will help contribute to success at GCSE in both the NEA and examination units in Food Preparation and Nutrition. The students will have some time to peruse the sustainability projects and will then take part in a cookery master class using some of the sustainable ingredients grown.
