Almost 300 students with 97%+ attendance and loads of positive points had a great day out at Thorpe Park! Well done and thanks to everyone involved in an amazing, fun day in the sun!

Art meeting science. The Art department had an exciting afternoon working with yr 11 and yr 12 photographers. We used liquid nitrogen to freeze and break flowers. The photographs will be part of the year 12 art exhibition. Well done to all involved!
Lifeskills Day
Year 10 Lifeskills day was based around the theme of activism. We welcomed human rights activist Peter Tatchell along with Funke Abimbola who judged the students’ social action.
Scholastic Book Fair Take Over
Scholastic Book Fair was taken over by students ! The students applied for various job roles including; inventory specialist, accountant, display specialists and more. Together, we have raised a total of £230 !
Sports Day 2019
Another successful sports day at Chace with all students excelling in athletics, cricket, tug of war and football. Well done to all the competitors and our wonderful PE team.
Chace Scholars
‘Brilliant’ effort by Chace scholars! ‘Brilliant Club’ students attended their graduation event this weekend having achieved excellent grades in the highly prestigious Scholars Programme course. The London School of Economics hosted the event and were very impressed with the quality of the students’ work.
Well done to year 8 and 9 students who took part in the sculpture workshop with visiting artist Darcy Turner. What a great day with some amazing work produced, well done all!
